Tanja Woithe-Richter is a lawyer with almost 20 years of professional experience in various areas of business law, primarily in Intellectual Property and Privacy law. She is a certified specialist lawyer for industrial property rights.
She is heading the department of Non-technical IP and Privacy at the legal department of Eppendorf Group, a leading international life science company.
Before joining Eppendorf in the year 2017, she worked for more than 10 years in a renowned international law firm in Hamburg, where she advised in trademark, design and unfair competition law matters.
Tanja has studied law in Hanover, Germany and Wellington, New Zealand.
She is a founding member of the Indo German Association for Legal Cooperation (IGAL) and member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
