Dr. Holger J. Jakob is partner at FPS Fritze Wicke Seelig Partnerschaftsgesellschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB (FPS) and advises in corporate law, tax law and insolvency law.

He has vast experience in supporting mainly medium-sized companies regarding incorporation, restructuring, merger and demerger, M&A transactions and reorganization matters. In the field of tax law, he has vast experience in tax planning and structuring, representation in tax audits and tax litigation proceedings.

Furthermore he posesses many years of experience as insolvency administrator (Insolvenz- verwalter) as well as a qualification as certified public accountant (vereidigter Buchprüfer).

Dr. Jakob was assistant professor (Lehrbeauftragter) for corporate law at Fulda University of Applied Science for many years, and for VAT at the Fachhochschule für Ökonomie & Management. He regularly holds lectures and courses, in particular relating to company succession.
